It's an old topic, and what I would do has changed, just as I have changed.
I would tap. (Doing EFT) I would tap away my anger, because it only hurts myself, and not the person who angered me. I aim for peace within myself. Being angry simply wastes energy.
Yes, it's hard, and it doesn't always work. And it's even harder when I'm angry because of what happened to people I love.
Still, there is a saying that I love very much:
"If you carry a grudge about someone, it's like drinking poison and hoping the other guy will drop dead."

I, too, like that saying. I'll have to remember that one.
I must say that I rarely get really angry anymore. I do get upset or mad, but rarely angry. I honestly am not sure what I would do if I were to really get angry now. Hopefully I won't have to find out
