living in the moment is the only way to go about life! otherwise you can and often loose so much of the beauty in your life. yes you could be having the crappiest day EVER but there are still beautiful happy moments in that day... emoticon Blessings!

Hi [sign in to see URL] are so right, if we don't live in the moment, then when that moment passes, all the beauty that was there to be seen has passed too. And may never again be seen.
I try to find beauty in at least one incredibly normal thing on a daily, we can all find beauty in the amazing. It's harder to find something beautiful in the mundane. emoticon

Queeny, I have to disagree about it being harder to find something beautiful in the [sign in to see URL] you're meaning those times/days when nothing seems to go right.

Sometimes, the most dreary of days, if you're in the right frame of mind, there are so many wonderful things to see. A cardinal in a barren tree. A cow that just gave birth, calves kicking up their 'heels' and running for all their worth.

I don't always see it, but even when I don't, it's still there, I'm sure.

Living in the moment tends to be more fun, sometimes, than trying to have everything totally planned. Especially when plans tend to get [sign in to see URL].

I did mean those 'bad' days. Mundane was probably not the correct word to use. For like you, I see beauty in every day. I try to capture it in a camera... emoticon
But it's hardest on those really bad days, when not only is everything going wrong, but your 'frame of mind' is wrong. It's when one is upset, disheveled, [sign in to see URL] is when its most important to stop and see with the true eyes and heart. emoticon
