Yeah, it didn't work out for me yesterday, either. I'll do something on the weekend, hopefully.

Not being a good witch right now. Hehe. emoticon

I kinda like the cross quarter day holidays. the dates seem arbitrary to me - they aren't exactly set my celestial events. So don't worry about not doing things on the EXACT date!

I didn't do anything specific last weekend, except brainstorming a lot about my practice and my writing board. And in fact, I've reorganized my writing board along similiar lines as the Porch - maybe that counts as Imbolc activity?

I do feel like having a fresh start on many levels. It's great.

Re: Study group: Imbolc

I still have not done any recharging, because the ground is still way too wet to get the dirt I want. I may just have to take an empty flower pot and put some of the wet earth in it, bring it in so it can dry out, then use it. That's about the only way I think I'm going to be able to do much of anything. I have all the other components but that one. I GUESS if it came down to it, I could use potting soil, but I really do prefer just regular good ole Earth that's not been bagged in plastic!!

The pot and drying it out is best. Potting soil has barely any energy left once it's processed, sterilized and been bagged for how long???????? Away from sunlight and Mother's [sign in to see URL] to dry some of your good homestead dirt... emoticon
