emoticon Hey and welcome, Outslider!! Glad you found your way to our little corner of the world.

I do apologize for not being here to welcome you when you joined us, but as Queeny mentioned, I was on vacation, then had 3 extremely busy days as soon as we got home. It's been sheer NUTS!!! I think I'm settled some for the moment, so should be here a bit more [sign in to see URL] we open our show season (I am on the Arts Council for my town, as well as the box office manager for our local live theatre)so I'll be in and out somewhat.

I'm also a Nature person. I prefer being in the woods, and wooded mountains are what do it for me. I think I could almost be happy getting lost in a huge forest, as long as I had some enough essentials till I decided I didn't want to be lost [sign in to see URL].
Our vacation was to a fairly wooded camp [sign in to see URL] we did have electric and water [sign in to see URL] we were just above a river, and in the mountains. Doesn't get much better than that.

As for the path you're [sign in to see URL] matters not here. It says Pagan in our board title, but we accept any and all who accept others, regardless, in return.

I'm looking forward to your posts and getting to know you better!!!

Blessings to you and yours!!

emoticon Hi, Sajen. It sounds like most of you here are very busy. Me, too, but mostly I'm chained to this desk as I work at home on the computer, so I never seem to go anywhere. I love reading about what everyone is doing and probably will not be very vocal, but I really like this board and will be hanging out here regularly to see what folks are up to.

Re: Hello, There

Outslider, I have, in the last 8 months gotten involved with our local community theatre and am now an officer on our town's Arts Council. I went from having nothing to do for almost 14 years, to being so busy I meet my tail coming and going!!! LOL. I have some brief respites, but we're gearing up for our Fall/Winter season, so it's about to get intense again. My DH and I also put out a fairly large garden every year, so I spend the last part of summer canning and freezing produce, which, when the garden does well, keeps me on my toes. I much prefer being busy to the boredom of not having friends or an outlet. I adore our little theatre, and, not only am on officer on the council, but I am the box office manager for the theatre, so I work a lot of the plays and such.
We just had some big singer/songwriters from Nashville and some singers from 2 other states in our theatre this past Friday. That was awesome. The singer/songwriters both were born and raised in our little town here, and they are trying to give back to the community they grew up in, which is really nice. Intense, but nice! LOL

Welcome!!

This is a great group of people here. I don't get here as often as I should but always enjoy my visits when I do.
