Paleo Supper

I just wanted to share this since it turned out so good. Last night I made roasted cauliflower, onions and brussel sprouts with baked sweet potatoes and grilled 'orange turkey chicken'.

The chicken is just boneless skinless breasts that I butterflied so they weren't so thick. I hit both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. I then let them marinate in the orange turkey sauce which is nothing more than a jar of orange marmalade with 4 tbsp of Wild Turkey mixed in. I let the chicken sit in the sauce for about an hour and then put them on the grill. They were awesome.

I made this sauce up one year for a Christmas ham and my family wants me to put it on everything. I can't wait to put it on a nice big hamburger patty or a whole roasted chicken.

[sign in to see URL] Paleo supper!! And I LOVE the sauce you [sign in to see URL] really good! I bet it makes the meat really good and tender! We'll have to try that here.

I'm not too big on brussels sprouts, so would probably leave those off, but the rest sounds divine!!!
