Poltergeist!

Every body knows of the poltergeist, but do you know what one is?

They are very unusual as they ALL are spiritual energy, empowered by a human agent. This agent is more usually a young female, just beginning her first menstrual cycle, with the attached hormone imbalances that such an event harbours. However, they are not the only agents capable of empowering a poltergeist.

A floating spirit feels the angst of the agent, and embodies themselves to that ideal, causing anything from maniacal words, to massive fireballs, with punches, nips and bites along the way. The words have killed, so beware of them, killed by associated guilt, causing suicide. Punches have sometimes killed, by happening at the top of a precipice like the [sign in to see URL] a balcony. The nips and bites have been severe enough to cause major injuries. Fireballs can, and have taken out entire houses in one action.

All of these are extremely rare, so there is no reason to go off screaming in fear, but they do happen, every year, and often when they happen, someone is hurt badly. Because of the insistence of the authorities not to make these happenings public, very few people know anything about them.

Poltergeists have been responsible for amazing sink holes, that appeared when rain was not evident. They have caused chemical works fires that investigators could not find the cause. They have brought down aircraft, derailed trains and wrecked cars. A particularly notable one in Kent, England in the seventies caused a house to take animated life, breathing and gasping in pain, until it cracked every wall and floor. Then the house fell down. Unfortunately with that one, the sensational press got hold of it, and their imaginations ran riot. A girl of the family was accused of being the agent by the paper, and she committed suicide. The girl was not old enough, without the right mix or hormones to cause the haunting. However her sister was.

There have been very scary happenings caused by poltergeists, many of which are regarded as normal happenings, like the feeling of malice watching you, things in the house being moved, and occasional words spoken just out of range.

If you find a poltergeist, try hard not to involve the local church. Of the people killed by poltergeists, a large proportion of that number were priests or agents of the local church. Those guys do not know anything about the subject, and think that water and paper will get rid of them. Unsurprisingly they will not, and the priest than resorts to meaningless words, that do nothing but piss off the poltergeist. So unless you have a particular desire to wipe out the local christians, don't call them.

Mhm. That might account for an unusal "explosion" of a house recently in Germany. People have not found out how it could have happened. One woman was killed.

Usually, authorities blame gas leaks. emoticon

[sign in to see URL] was one in MN just before we [sign in to see URL] thing. Blamed a gas leak, but one survivor said they never smelled any gas.

I'd not involve any church in anything I do...
but I suppose it they were an especially cruel church, and [sign in to see URL] have been to several that were. One may think on involving them on purpose. emoticon

Any metaphysical action leaves a 'footprint' at the site for at least a month. I have investigated, officially and unofficially hundreds of exploding buildings, and have discovered that footprint in ninety percent of the events. The footprint has often been massive, that remained apparent for months after the event. The ONLY metaphysical object that causes that big of a footprint, is a poltergeist. To my certain knowledge, over two thousand people were killed by poltergeists in the twentieth century.

It is still extremely rare to come across one.

Re: Poltergeist!

The problem with poltergeist's is its hard sometimes to tell them from lower astral beings even though they themselves are usually that but alittle different, the can feed off of any energy but lower astral feed off of emotions and I am not certain if it is only - emotions or a combo of both - and + emotions. But when entering a haunted place with regular or more than average activity you know right away if its lower astral because when a pagan priest or priestess enters they make it VERY clear they know what you are and your purpose of being their usually with a massive display of power or growls in the darkness and the air is like a Russian winter. I have seen some of the most amazing and scary things these past 20 years, not often but often enough to know its my duty to call upon Hekate and rid these evil beings from any place anywhere. They run in fear from her and if they don't well anyone in coven craft knows what is the next step if they don't going by will. And I am not talking about burning sage and saying blessings. Blessed Be

Hello, [sign in to see URL] to the board!

Could I trouble you to do a quick intro for us so we can get to know you a little better??? Sounds like you're a rather interesting person, and we'd like to know more about ya, if you don't mind. Just some things [sign in to see URL] ya male/femals (so we don't make the mistake of giving you the wrong [sign in to see URL]) and such as that.

The Spirit world can definitely be unsettling, and I have discovered that many of us do things differently from each other, in dealing with what is floating around just outside of our usual line of vision/perception. I've been fussed at for how I rid some places of beings, but when all else fails, you do what you must. I think, if a person who deals with the realm of Spirits enough, they can tell what something is. I deal, primarily in just good old fashioned ghosts, but that's not to say I've not had dealings with other types of beings as well. I'd love to hear more about some of your ventures into the Spirit world.

Re: Poltergeist!

Poltergeist is a common name that covers a couple of different things, but in my experience have never been fed by emotion alone. I would enjoy learning more about any that would feed only on emotion.

Please do tell us more about yourself - we like to know who we are hearing from.
