Pickled green beans

I LOVE pickled green beans, so, decided to attempt a couple of quarts this year. I have a couple more days to go before we're supposed to open the [sign in to see URL] I may have to open one as soon as the time is up. I hope they turned out well.

I also made dill pickles for the first time this year, and man, are they good. Keira, my 1 yr old granddaughter, LOVES her Grandma's dill pickles!!!! emoticon I'm rather proud of my efforts there. Now, if only my pickled beans will be as good as my pickled cukes! LOL

I did learn NOT to put the spices into the jars, but to use them tied into the [sign in to see URL]> I still like the pickle chips, though, even with the spices loose in the jar!! The dill spears are even better, though. If I get more decent [sign in to see URL]'ll make some more and y'all are welcome to a jar, now, if you'd like.

The Frog can't eat them, but I love them. We don't usually get them so frog doesn't try see if she can eat them yet.
