Queeny: Yay for rain. And maybe weird is a trademark of witches. emoticon

Muladzh: Glad you're having fun with vehicles. And even better that the kindey stone has left (hopefully).

I had a long talk with some fellow coachees about my next projects last night, and things are getting exciting. I'm about to offer a Short Story Workshop with three options:

1) Plain email workshop of 4 weeks
2) Additional 2 weeks of editing plus Q&A calls with me
2) All of the above plus more editing sessions and consideration for publication (with me as editor).

Of course, option 3 will be the highest priced one, with no guarantee for publication - but it's quite likely if they work with me during the editing phase.

And I'm thinking that royalties from the resulting ebook and PoD versions will go to a charity. I just need to look up the rules for this.

This plus creating my Signature Talk with all the materials will be very, very exciting, time-consuming and fun. I'm starting to feel like a real businesswoman and coach right now.

GOOD FRIDAY MY FRIENDS!!!
Well all our rain yesterday caused this morning to be major foggy! But it's still a decent temp. Doing some cleaning today...and rearranging some files on the PC....also a few email campaigns that I dislike....had to send off an earful. Not that they really listen, but I have to try. I should be around most of the day unless Mom calls for something. Tonight is payday, dinner out and picking up our groceries..Sales on burger, need about 20 pounds of that. Then tomorrow....yard clean up from all the Winter gunk that somehow ends up in the yard. And a dump run.. Sunday is my BDAY and Mom is making my favorite Birthday dinner. Beef Roast, gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, rolls, applesauce and angel food cake for dessert. Same thing I've asked for since us kids were given the choice of "what do you want for your Bday dinner"...LOL
56 years of Beef Roast! Poor Mom... emoticon

muladzh ...so happy that so far no more kidney pain! And that little Scion sounds like it's just aching for a ticket! emoticon

Firle....

And maybe weird is a trademark of witches

Possible....and if it is, it's a blessed good thing! I LOVE IT.. emoticon
Lady you have so many fires on the burner, you are going to be very, very busy! But I feel good energy coming off of you, so it seems as though your going to do good no matter which direction you take! emoticon

YOU ALL HAVE A FANTASTIC WEEKEND emoticon

Re: February GumFlappin

I think the kidney episode is gone, for the moment - no pain, no discomfort, can sleep normally, have an appetite and feel better.

Walking tractor not ready, so we couldn't go pick it up, we didn't find out until we were half way there.... Discovered that the Chevy pickup has chemical smells that give us headaches - will address that if we can, otherwise sell it. We don't know what chemicals they are, but sitting in it for five hours gave us both massive headaches. The exhaust seems ok, so I don't think that it has a CO leak.

Queenie, I hope the scion does not get us a ticket - I have had one speeding in my life, and don't want any more.. (that guy just wanted to know who we were, so lied about our speed - we paid the fine because it was easier.

The house had the inspection - there are issues that need addressing - not least the heating ducts have damage to them, the foundation needs looking at, there is dry rot from an old bathroom leak, and mould is present in three places - the gutters and grade drain water into the crawl space, and there is no access into the space below the utility room - it has a foot square hole occupied by a heating duct.

No apparent insect infestation, no immediate dangers, but things need addressing. We got a contractor to take a look, and were quoted $300 to fix the grade drainage. As I don't have my tractors any more, I need someone to do the work, so he comes next week sometime.

We have a busy week next week arranging for the chimney to be mended, and the heating looked at.
