Mustard greens pesto

The farmers market is pushing 'heart healthy' month for February so I was trying to come up with something to promote. Our garden is bursting with mustard [sign in to see URL] I don't terribly enjoy. But it turns out they are SUPER good for you - like most leafy green vegetables. So I decided that was the thing I would choose, especially because they don't sell well. I came up with a delicious way to eat them though and we've been selling out every week so far!

That actually sounds good. I love greens of all [sign in to see URL] mustard, but yes, sometimes it can be rather bitter. I bet this would be SO good spread on some garlic toast! YUM!!! (yes, I'm [sign in to see URL])
