GOOD MONDAY MY FRIENDS!

I hope you all had lovely weekends, doing what ever you would all do over Easter. We worked on the RV site, all day Saturday and half a day Sunday. Just about ready for gravel. While hubby was building the retaining wall. I mowed the lawn, put down weed and feed and watered. Used the Rototiller on the garden, got it ready to go, and transplanted a couple of bright ORANGE Gerber Daisy''s into a bright orange Southwest Pot I have. Still have to leave it in the garage at night, but put it out in the sunlight during the day. But I have to grab them Orange [sign in to see URL] they go fast! Then we had a "traditional Easter ham" dinner with Mom and Dad. All in all a very productive and nice weekend. Now we have a nice sunny day, Dad needs a hair cut and some weeding [sign in to see URL] I'll go over there later. But the rest of the week we have a good chance of rain. ANY [sign in to see URL] will be around this morning [sign in to see URL]!
HUBBY just went to "look" at the gravel to see what kind we want. He said with 70% rain tomorrow, and then chances of rain all [sign in to see URL] huge dump truck will sink if it drives up on the soggy, muddy area we have all nice and level now!!! [sign in to see URL] got back. They will be delivering the gravel in a few hours!! YIPPIE!!
Tonight is also tradition at Mom and Dad'[sign in to see URL] day AFTER [sign in to see URL] we've always had leftover ham. Mom makes ham and corn [sign in to see URL] corn fritters are addicting!!

MULDAZH...I used to pull my neck out at the beginning of every school year. I was not ready to be lifting all those heavy pans.
A good way to help [sign in to see URL] on the bed, with your head basically hanging off the foot end. Take a rolled up towel, put under you head, bring sides up over your [sign in to see URL] have Froggy take a hold of both ends and SLOWLY pull (or if she is not strong enough) lean her full weight [sign in to see URL] sure that the towel DOES NOT SLIP OFF YOUR [sign in to see URL] PULL back until she sees your shoulder move a tiny bit. THEN SHE NEEDS TO HOLD as long as she can.
Do this several times a day.
What usually happens is we lift, or turn wrong and pinches a bit of the gel like disc between the vertebrae.
That SLOW pulling allows the vertebrae to open back up and the disc to move back into place.

PUT ON AN ICE PACK for 15 minutes after doing this...

It's the only natural thing that has ever helped my neck.... emoticon

That sounds odd, but the pain is not something I like, so I tried it. Didn't feel anything happening, but the pain is a tad less. Thank you. I will repeat the exercise for a few days and see what happens. Thank you, Queenie.

Morning all. Happy Earth Day to you. Go out and hug a tree already. emoticon I'm off to work as usual. We have all our paperwork and will probably sign it today and give it back. Then the countdown to freedom can begin. Muladzh, I hope your neck is feeling better. Enjoy your day everyone!

Morning all. Hope your day is starting off well. Not much happening here, I'm just getting ready to head out to work. Enjoy your day everyone.

If you are a gambler, you will just love this day. Today is "Take a Chance Day". This sounds pretty risky (but fun) to me........

Life is filled with risks. To get what you want, sometimes you have to take a chance. And, today is created to do just that. Today is the day to take a chance on virtually any object or goal. Will it be love? will it be luck? Or, just lollipops? We hope you fully participate in this day, and that you attain everything you seek. So go ahead and take a chance. As they say "Nothing ventured, nothing gained".

No matter where you go or what you do, you live your entire life within the confines of your head. ~Terry Josephson

GOOD WEDNESDAY MY FRIENDS!

Another off and running day! Need to pick Mom up soon for her normal blood workup. Then breakfast, because she was fasting. Then grocery shopping. Not sure when I'll be back on line, cause when I get home, need to change all the cat boxes, as the garbage goes out tomorrow. [sign in to see URL]'ll see ya when I see ya. Have a great one where ever you are.

SORRY GANG... I've had a few extra crazy weeks, especially this one. I'm hoping to get in here more tomorrow.... emoticon

Re: April Springtime Chatter and Gossip

Hi guys!

Posting from work - even though I have a couple of things to do, but no rush. Weather is warm but overcast. Hoping for sun on the weekend.

Finally, the trees are getting green, with all the rain we got. In fact, on Tuesday we had the first thunderstorm of the year. A couple of strikes were really close, I winced.

I planned to go riding again, but haven't found the time yet. Busy with clients, the workshop and blogging. Still on the third editing pass with the dragon tale.

I could use two more clients... of course, then a second day per week would be dedicated to coaching. At least it feels good to know that I'm good with my coaching. Clients are consistently happy. emoticon

Morning everyone. In a rush as usual. Seems there's never enough time in the morning to get everything done before we leave for work. I'll pop back in later once I get there. Have a fabulous day gang!

GOOD THURSDAY MY FRIENDS!

[sign in to see URL] place I have to be today, so I slept in! emoticon I am washing up the bedding. But it's raining like crazy out there and should be all day, so I can take a break from working outside. Hubby needs to run to Meridian, to check out new [sign in to see URL] is dying a slow death and the company pays for a new computer every 3 years. So, I won't even have to cook [sign in to see URL] out down there! emoticon A decent day, raining or not if you ask me. I'll be online most of the [sign in to see URL] laundry loads. But you all have a great day!

It IS [sign in to see URL] feels weird doing it. I just knew that towel was going to slip off my neck and send my husband falling backwards into the closet! emoticon
But it never [sign in to see URL] I use it every time I get that "pain in the neck" feeling and it's NOT my husband causing it. emoticon

Swinging through! I'm working like mad on the farm these days. I'm actually officially "hired" out there as I'm taking a cut of the proceeds. It's not really "profit" as we aren't making more than ALL the inputs on the farm (taxes, electricity, etc) but it's nice to have a little extra spending money.

Still working in the lab several days a week too!

Wow, TM, you ARE busy!

Queeny: Yay for an easy day!

Muladzh: Hope your neck keeps improving every day!

I had a bit of a rough day yesterday... more about that in my adventure thread. Suffice it to say that I spent most of my afternoon tweaking the sales page, talking about marketing and connecting, sending out a newsletter promoting my Workshop - and then realizing later in the evening that it's all a bad mix of two target audiences. No wonder people weren't buying.

So, this weekend will see much more tweaking, another email blast and hopefully, my first buyers. But first, I have a client this afternoon, and a tapping session for myself after that.

*ready to drop*
