Re: July's Summertime Chat
Well, having no AC in those temps is hard. Hope it all works out well!
It's been warm and muggy here (but at 25C, there is no comparison to your heat!). Storms last night, but once again, Kiel escaped most of it. One bolt of lightning must have hit nearby, light and sound were almost simultaneous. I winced in my chair. I was reading, having powered down my computer before it got bad.
Also, it's raining in most of Germany, but not here. Yay.
The toe is getting better, the chamomile soak was the turning point. Phew. Still having sinus aches in the morning, though. *sigh*
Today, quick shopping run, client session and my weekly AB meeting. And I really need to brainstorm packages for writers. I have a strategy session with my strategy coach on Friday - one of the perks of working with my coach.

Re: July's Summertime Chat
GOOD WEDNESDAY MY FRIENDS!
Today is visiting Dad in Boise Rehab day for Mom and Me.....wonder what 'order' Dad called in last night for Mom to bring him. Last time he wanted some home canned peaches and two bananas. LOL They are working him pretty hard now. So when we get there he's sore and tired...but needs to see us to keep his spirits up. It should be a nice drive and a good day to stay inside, it's HOT around here. LOL Anywho, hope you all have a nice day...catch you when I can.
FIRLE...happy to hear the toe is feeling better. I LOVE a good thunderstorm...remember the one I video tapped and when the lightening bolt hit...you can hear me say.."oh !@#$"..

Re: July's Summertime Chat
Hi everyone!
Queeny: That's an awesome sunset and gorgeous moon. And yay for an AC company that cares. Hope they can install today.
I had a difficult day yesterday. I had to fill in a coaching form for my new year of coaching, and that opened a can of worms of self-doubt and fears.
I know I'm a darn good EFT practicioners, and coach and therapist, and I'm also a really good writer. But I doubt my abilities to turn that into a living... this morning I dug a bit deeper and uncovered a couple of beliefs and family rules - good thing I have an EFT session for myself this afternoon.
Also, strategy coaching session in late afternoon, and hopefully I'll be able to create a product funnel that'll bring people to my list and a low-cost entry program. (Self-study, so basically passive income for me.)
Next is working through my new lesson about email marketing and REALLY dig into that information and making it work for me. I should be able to get a couple of new clients from my lists (330 all together)!
Also looking for review sites to plug Sequoia and Here Be Dragons. They might pick them up and give me a much needed boost in visibility.
Hugs to everyone!

Re: July's Summertime Chat
Had my EFT session and my coaching session, and I'm wiped. Not even 8pm yet, and I'm thinking of curling up in bed.
The good news is that I dissolved a very long standing family rule about being only allowed to have a "decent job" preferably with the state, rather than making a living of such disreputable things such as EFT and writing. It originated with an ancestor in 1848! That suddenly came out in the visualization to return that energy where it belongs. Letting go of that rule feels like a wall before me just vanished - and I've been pounding it for so long that I'm off balance.
And then the coaching session - really intense 30 min. Now I know what to do next, and I know exactly what to set up for Writers' Dream Coach. And I will find the right words to make it sell! I pledged to have it figured out by Sunday next week. (Not all set up, mind you, just fill in the forms in our package creating module.)
It's a beautiful day. I might just sit on the balcony for a bit longer and then crawl into bed.

Re: July's Summertime Chat
I had a lazy weekend, playing a game most of the time. It's a really old game I can play without having to think much - and that helps me get out of my constant worrying.
Originally, I had wanted to do a lot of work on the weekend, but I noticed that my stress level was way too high. So I opted for relaxation, which mostly worked.
I still got a new client who called unexpectedly on Saturday and who was really surprised I picked up the phone. She's local but found me online. I'll see her on Wednesday.
And I got a very nice new review for "Here Be Dragons". I have a real fan on FB. He's slightly weird, but that's okay. I don't have to live with him. And he wants to read more from me - Dorelle's Journey now has a release date in October.
It started raining yesterday. I was a bit annoyed, I wanted a sunny morning on the balcony and didn't get it. It's still raining today, and that's actually a good thing because it was really dry for a while. Lovely flower scent on my way to work this morning.
Today I want to work on my first package. Hold me accountable.

Re: July's Summertime Chat
HI DI HO MY FRIENDS!
Well, the AC people are out here putting in the new AC....very noisy as a lot of the heater part is under the house. Cats think we have really, REALLY big mice! LOL
Sunday was a nice visit with Dad....we all played doubles Dominoes and Dad and I won...by a LOT, which tickled him. Then after we left, we took Mom to the newest 50 foot VIP 21 or older cinema to watch "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" (her choice) and it turned out to be very good...but SHE really loved being treated like a VIP...nice comfy seats, dinner and drinks served while you wait for movie to start and NO kids...cause you have to be 21 go even go up there. It was a very nice change.. Today, doing as little as possible, as we have no AC for about the next 6 hours, and it's already 84 degrees and NO breeze, and it's going up to 104. So kind of going to lay low....So I should see you about today. Have a good one!
P.S...the AC people just got done. And we are cooling off nicely! And MAN IS THAT THING QUIET compared to the 17 year old beast! LOL
FIRLE..I'm glad you decided to relax this weekend instead, it was good for you.
And BTW....you have a lot of "slightly weird" friends!
Congrats on the review and the new client!
