Have you tried tapping on yourself to ease the stress you're feeling?

Re: Changed perspectives

There is a catch 22 at play. EFT works, we both know that. I use it for many things, but... Any rhythmic motion causes spasticity and the motion stops. So I used random pattern tapping - same thing. If I tap more than three or four movements, I lock up. If anyone else taps on me, I shake too much then lock up. If the tapping continues in that circumstance, my breathing is effected, and they have to stop. so, Firle, no, I have not used tapping. this body does not allow it.

Froggy is up and down, in and out in seemingly random patterns. sometimes here, others not. my stress levels are spiking through the roof, so I rather think it will end with me having a stroke or heart-attack.

Then everything else is irrelevant.

Hurrah!

That looks great - so glad you're mobile again and can take better care of yourself and the Frog.

Re: Changed perspectives

I need to make some changes to the van, the drivers seat doesn't work for me, no arms, there is no passenger seat need one, and the bus seats in the back need removing. but there is room for my wheelchair, and a seat at the back for three people so it gets me out. First thing has to be a new seat for me, I need something the hold my upper body straight, and arms do that nicely.

Even if some modifications are needed. Each person must make things for themselves. But that is one nice van. emoticon

Re: Changed perspectives

Went to the DMV today, got my disabled pendant - can't get the plate yet, haven't got the registration docs all sorted yet. Had the doctor of ticked one box on the order - that that said permanent wheelchair bound I would have got it for nothing. Grrrr. I cannot walk, so shouldn't have to pay. Grrr.. it was only $22 for two years - the disabled plate is 65.

Muladzh, I cannot even imagine how you bear so much hardship. I don't know you at all, but it sure does seem you have more than your fair share of challenges to deal with. I'm glad you finally got your van and that the Frog is improving. Hopefully you will be able to get the wheelchair issue sorted out soon, too. You are in need of a reprieve.

Sending gentle hugs and prayers for you both.
