Re: SO excited!!!!!!!!!

Vervain and valerian shouldn't be too hard to find - a good nursery that stocks a lot of herbs ought to have it. I had valerian years ago in my garden in Hamilton - it might still be there. It smells like dirty socks, I'm warning you! emoticon but it's a very handsome plant.

Re: SO excited!!!!!!!!!

ahh, bellydancing.
I was taking classes for awhile, and loved it. I should do it at home, more often. The classes are an hour away, and with the price of gas and the distances my DH has to drive to his workplace, I try to not drive a lot these days.

I love bellydancing, though. It makes you feel SOO good. And I love the music.

Bergere, I don't know, but that's a good idea. Check it out. I have a few video tapes too that I need to use. Even just doing some of the simple warmups (isolations) we learned in class (hip figure eights, ribcage isolation back and forth, snake arms, etc) would be a good thing to do emoticon

Re: SO excited!!!!!!!!!

Sounds wonderful!

I wish I had valerian for you but I cannot seem to grow successfully as it's like crack for cats and my three cats decimate it. emoticon

I hope you give bellydancing a try, it can be slow and easy and is so much fun and easy on the back (at least for me, I have issues from a decompression fracture I did 15 years ago). I've fond that muscle toning from this yoga/pilates DVD I use has actually helped my bellydancing as it's strengthen the muscles in my torso.

anyway, congrats!
